By way of filing this criminal misc. petition, a challenge has been led to the impugned order dated 02.04.2019 passed by Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate No.22, Chomu, Jaipur Metropolitan in Criminal Case No.2144/2015 by which the application submitted by the petitioner under Section 91 read with Section 311 Cr.P.C. has been rejected. 2. As per the status report furnished by the concerned court dated 26.11.2024, the complaint has been decided on the basis of the compromise between the parties on 15.02.2023 and the respondent has been acquitted vide order dated 13.05.2023. 3.
