By way of filing the instant criminal misc. petition, a challenge has been led to the impugned FIR No.365/2019 registered with Police Station Udyognagar, District Sikar for the offence under Sections 341, 323 and 504 IPC and Sections 3(1)® ad 3(1)(S) of the SC/ST (POA) Act. 2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor, on the basis of factual report received from the Station House Officer, Police Station Udyognagar, District Sikar submits that after investigation, the Police has submitted final report negative in the instant matter before the concerned Court on 31.08.2019. Hence, under the (2 of 2) [CRLMP-5088/2019] changed circumstances, the instant criminal misc. petition has become infructuous. 3. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, the instant criminal misc. petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. The stay application as well as all pending applications, if any, also stand dismissed. 4.
