By way of filing the instant criminal misc. petition, a challenge has been led to the impugned FIR No.163/2019 registered with Police Station Shivaji Park, Alwar for the offence under Section 379 IPC. 2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor, on the basis of factual report received from the Station House Officer, Police Station Shivaji Park, District Alwar submits that after investigation, the Police has submitted final report negative in the instant matter before the concerned Court on 13.11.2019. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, the instant criminal misc. petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
