By way of filing the instant criminal misc. petition, a prayer has been made for issuing directions to the Investigating Agency to conduct fair, speedy and impartial investigation in FIR No.265/2019, registered with Police Station Udai Mod, District Sawai Madhopur for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 120-B IPC. 2. At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that after investigation, final report negative has been submitted by the Investigating Officer and the same has been accepted by the competent court of law. Hence, under the changed circumstances, this petition has become infuctuous. 3. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, the instant criminal misc. petition is dismissed as having become infurctuous.
