At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the appellants states, upon instructions, that the present appeal has been filed by the appellants/defendants seeking to set aside the order dated 14.03.2019 passed by the learned Additional District Judge-05, South District, Saket Court, New Delhi in CS (BJ) No. 91/2018, whereby the Trial Court has allowed the application of the plaintiff therein filed under Order XXXIX Rule 1 and 2 CPC and had the appellants herein from dispossessing the plaintiffs from the suit property as also from entering the suit property till further orders. 2. He further submits that on an application filed by the appellants/defendants under Order VII Rule 11 CPC, the underlying plaint has been rejected. Furthermore, an RFA filed by the respondents is stated to be pending. This is a digitally signed order.
