1. By way of filing the instant petition, a prayer has been made to quash the impugned FIR No. 420/2018, registered with Police Station Alwar Gate, Ajmer for the offences under Sections 388, 389, 506, 511 and 120- B IPC.
2. Counsel for the petitioners submits that no such incident as alleged in the impugned FIR has occurred and the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the instant case. Counsel submits that under these circumstances, interference of this Court is warranted.

3. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor as well as counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant opposes the arguments raised by counsel for the petitioners.
4. Heard and considered the submissions made at Bar and perused the material available on record.
5. The allegations levelled in the impugned FIR and the contents of the FIR reveal the commission of a cognizable offence. The correctness of the allegations cannot be examined by this Court in exercise of its jurisdiction contained under Section 482 Cr.P.C. Certainly this task has been assigned to the Investigating Agency.
6. The petitioners would be at liberty to submit a representation before the Investigating Officer. In case, such representation is submitted, it is expected from the Investigating Agency to consider the averments of the same and take appropriate action by way of filing a conclusion report under Section 173 Cr.P.C before the Competent Court of law.
7. With the aforesaid observations, the present petition stands
disposed of. Stay application and all pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
