By way of filing the present petition, a prayer has been made to quash the impugned FIR 121/2019 registered with Police Station Shahjahanpur, District Alwar for the offences under Sections 342, 377, 376-D and 120-B IPC and Section 67(A) of IT Act. 2. Counsel for the petitioners on instruction, submits that Final Report (Negative) has been submitted in the instant matter in favour of the petitioners, hence they do not want to press this petition. Counsel submits that a liberty be granted to the petitioners to submit an application for revival of this petition, in case, any cause of action/grievance still survives.
