By way of filing the instant misc. petition, a prayer has been made for issuing direction to the investigating agency for conducing fair and impartial investigation of the F.I.R. No.310/2019 registered at Police Station Ramganj, District Jaipur City (North) for the offences under Sections 420, 406 & 120-B IPC. 2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor apprised this Court that after investigation, charge-sheet has already been submitted against the three accused persons for the offence under Sections 420, 406, 120-B IPC on 09.09.2019 before the competent Court of law. Counsel submits that under the changed circumstances, no cause of action survives with the petitioner to continue with the instant petition and the same has become infructuous.
