Learned Senior counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions, submits that the Petitioner would be vacating the premises within a period of nine (09) months from today. 2. He also submits that the agreed rent of Rs. 15,000/- would be paid per month from today till the vacation of the premises. The Respondents agree to the time period sought as also the rent of Rs.15,000/- per month. 3. The Petitioner is directed to file an Affidavit of Undertaking to this effect within a period of two (02) weeks from today, i.e., for the period of nine (09) months from today. The Registry is directed to take the same on record. 4. In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that no further Orders are required in the present Petitions. 5.
