By way of filing the instant petition, a prayer has been made to quash the impugned FIR No. 518/2019, registered with the Police Station Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur City (North) for the offences under Sections 420, 406 and 120-B IPC. 2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor on the basis of the factual report so furnished by the SHO Police Station, Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur (North) submits that after investigation in the matter, the police has found the instant case to be civil in nature as on 15.01.2020 and accordingly, the Final Report (Negative) has been submitted on 23.01.2020 before the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate No. 19, Jaipur Metropolitan, Jaipur. Counsel submits that under the changed circumstances, no cause of action survives with the petitioners to continue with the instant petition, hence, the same has become infructuous. 3.
