At the outset, the learned Public Prosecutor on the basis of the factual report dated 20.02.2026 received from the SHO, Police Station Kotwali, Jhunjhunu, apprised this Court that after investigation, a Final Report (Negative) has been submitted by the Investigating Agency before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhunjhunu on 28.11.2019 and the same has been accepted by the same Court on 13.07.2024.
