Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, at the outset, fairly submits that the possession of subject premises has already been handed over to the Petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner, therefore, seeks the leave of this Court to withdraw the present Petition, with liberty to avail such remedies as may be permissible in law, without prejudice to the rights of the Petitioner, for recovery of the alleged arrears of rent. 4.
