This application has been filed jointly on behalf of the parties under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure (CPC) for recording of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. It is stated that the parties have settled their disputes before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 3. The terms of settlement have been recorded in the Settlement Agreement dated 27th February, 2026 (hereinafter ‘Settlement Agreement’), which has been filed along with the present application. 4. The application has been duly signed by the parties and is supported by their respective affidavits. 5. The Settlement Agreement also bears the signatures of the appellant and the respondents. 6. Since the matter has been settled between the parties in mediation proceedings, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of 100% of the Court Fees in favour of the plaintiffs, in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870 read with Section 89 Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
