He, upon her instructions, further submits that in view of the Settlement Agreement dated 19.05.2026, which is accompanied by the Mediation Report dated 08.07.2026, there is nothing surviving in the present petition. He submits that the petitioner does not wish to pursue the present petition and the same can be disposed of accordingly. 2. In view of the aforesaid submission as also in view of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement dated 19.05.2026, since the present petition has become infructuous, the same is disposed of.
