Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks amendment of the present petition. 2. Learned AGP for the State points out that in view of the recent judgment of the Hon’ ble Apex Court in SLP (C) Nos.9036-9038 of 2016 (Indore Development Authority vs. Manoharlal and ors etc.) decided on 6.3.2020 wherein the it is clarified that, “if the landowner himself accepts compensation from the Government and the landowner cannot claim that five years has lapsed and acquisition became invalid.” In view of that, the said amendment cannot be granted. 3. Considering paragraph No.4, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file an appropriate proceeding. .....2/- 12 wp5754.19 2 4.
