2. The present petition under Section 25 B(8) of the Dent Rent Control Act, 1958, seeks the following prayers:-
“(i) Allow the present Revision Petition;
(ii) Set aside the Order Order of eviction dated 30-7-2019 passed by the Court of Ld. CCJ (Commercial Civil Judge) cum ARC (Additional Rent Controller) (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in E. No. 255/2019;
(iii) Condone the Petitioner's delay of 18 days in filing Application seeking leave to defend;
(iv) Remand the matter to Ld. ARC for consideration of Petitioners' leave to defend Application on merits;
(v) Pass such other order(s) as may be deemed just, fair and equitable in the facts and circumstances of the present case.”
