On 26th May, 2025, default notice was issued to the legal representatives of the appellant as well as to the counsel for the appellant. 3. As per the report of the Registry, the legal representatives of the appellant could not be served as they have moved out of the property after selling the same. However, notice was duly served on the appellant’s counsel. 4. Despite service of notice, none has appeared on behalf of the appellant on the last date of hearing, i.e., 10th October, 2025. 5. Today also, none appears on behalf of the appellant. 6. To be noted, in terms of the impugned judgment, the suit filed on behalf of the appellant was returned for want of territorial jurisdiction. 7.
