HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD CONTEMPT APPLICATION (CIVIL) No. - 1580 of 2019 Court No. - 9 HON'BLE ROHIT RANJAN AGARWAL, J.
1. The writ Court on 22.12.2017 while disposing of Writ-C No. 62311 of 2017 had passed the following order;
"Considering the facts and circumstances that has been brought on record, we dispose of the matter directing the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh to decide the complaint of the petitioner within three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order."
2. Learned counsel for opposite party states that earlier order of writ Court was complied in the year 2019 but a review was filed in the matter and the committee, thereafter, on 24.3.2025 had passed an order deciding the complaint and complying the order of writ Court, copy of the decision taken by the committee has been placed before the Court, which is taken on record.
3. In view of the said fact as complaint has been redressed by the committee, no case for contempt is made out. Contempt application stands dismissed as infructuous. Contempt notice stands discharged.
