Therefore, he sought one week's time to bring her legal heirs on record. 2) The matter has been pending since 11/11/2019. By obtaining interim relief, the proceedings before the trial Court have been stayed. It seems that due to negligence on the part of the petitioners, the matter has been stayed before the trial Court and is lingering in this Court. 3) Considering the facts above, in my view, by way of last chance, one week be granted to the petitioners for bringing the legal heirs of respondent No.1 on record.
