The appellant is present in Court and confirms his signatures on Settlement Deed and his decision to withdraw the present appeal. 3.1. A copy of the Aadhaar Card of the appellant is also taken on record. 4. Accordingly, in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the appeal, along with the pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn.
