Learned counsel for the respondent submits that, on earlier occasion, the amount of Rs.1.5 lakhs was directed to be released, and only an amount of Rs.1 lakh is presently lying deposited with the Registry. Let the said amount of Rs.1 lakh be released to the respondent, alongwith the interest accrued thereupon. 4. In view of the above, the present application is disposed of.
