1. None appears for the petitioner.
2. At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has repeatedly failed to appear, as well as comply with the orders passed by this Court. In this regard, he refers to the order dated 24.02.2025, wherein an application filed on behalf of the respondent- workman under Section 17-B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, remains to be considered. In the said order, it was also noted that the litigation expenses to the tune of Rs.15,000/- were directed to be paid to the respondent-workman, which is not done till date. He states that the petitioner has not been appearing for quite a number of dates.
3. In view of the aforesaid, the petition along with pending application is dismissed in default, as well as for non-prosecution.
