Accordingly, the Registry is directed to register the said suit as a Civil Suit. 2 2. Further, in light of the fact that the suit is for recovery of Rs.1 Crore and in terms of notification dated 17.10.2022, the pecuniary jurisdiction upto the value of Rs.1 Crore is vested with the learned District Judge. Registry is directed to transfer the case to the Court of learned District Judge, Nahan, H.P. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of learned District Judge, Nahan on 05.10.2026. 3.
