CMP(M) Nos.731 & 732 of 2026 By way of these applications, the applicants have prayed for bringing them on record in place of late Sh. Mulkh Raj, who was their father. Since there is delay in /ling the application for bringing them on record, an application for condonation of delay has also been /led. 2. Despite various opportunities granted to the learned counsel for the respondents, they have not /led any reply. 3. It has been averred in the applications that the applicants were not aware about the present petition /led by the deceased-petitioner, for release of pension and pensionary bene/ts. 4. The applicants have placed on record the death certi/cate of their father as well as legal heir certi/cate as Annexure A-2 with CMP(M) No.731 of 2026. 5. Since the applicants are legal heirs of deceased- petitioner and further they were unaware about the present proceedings instituted by late Sh. Mulkh Raj, to advance substantial justice, the applications are allowed and the applicants, whose names have been mentioned in para 2 of CMP(M) No.731 of 2026, are ordered to be brought on record in place of deceased-petitioner after condoning the delay in /ling CMP(M) No.731 of 2026. 6. Amended memo of parties /led with CMP(M) No.732 of 2026 is ordered to be taken on record and the Registry is directed to place the same at an appropriate place. 7.
