Vijay Kumar Sharma and Anr. vs. State of H.P. and Ors. CWPOA No.2837 of 2019 19.08.2026 Present: Mr. Nalneesh, Advocate vice Mr.Hamender Singh Chandel, Advocate for the petitioners/non-applicants. Mr. Sumit Sharma, Deputy Advocate General for non-applicants/respondents No.1 to 3. Respondents No.4 to 8 already ex-parte. Mr. S.S. Sood, Advocate for the applicant/respondent No.9. CMP-T No.370 of 2026 By way of present application, a prayer has been made that while dictating the judgment, it had correctly been held that the non-applicants/petitioners were senior to respondents No.5 to 8, but in the order, it has wrogly been reflected as respondents No.5 to 9 in paras 11 and 12 of the judgment. Since applicant/respondent No.9 was senior to the non-applicants/petitioners in the final seniority list of Section Officers i.e. H.P. Secretariat as it stood on 31.03.2006 and as such, has prayed for making necessary corrections, keeping in view the fact that applicant/respondent No.9 was senior to the non- applicants/petitioners, necessary corrections may be made in paras 11 and 12 of the judgment by substituting words “respondents No. 5 to 8” in place of “respondents No.5 to 9”. Consequently, the present application is allowed and in place of respondents No.5 to 9 in paras 11 and 12 of the judgment, the same be substituted by words “respondents No.5 to 8”. Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections in the judgment dated 17.07.2026. The application stands disposed of. 19th August, 2026 ( Jiya Lal Bhardwaj ) (naveen) Judge
