CMP-T No.153 of 2026 By way of present application, the applicant/petitioner has prayed for placing on record the copy of judgment dated 10.04.2013, passed in CWP No.1853 of 2009, titled, Arpana Bali vs. The State of Himachal Pradesh and others and communication dated 09.06.2005, regarding regularization of services of contractual appointtee Teachers (C&Vs, TGTs & Lecturers Schools). 2. The respondents have filed reply to the application and stated that the case of the applicant/petitioner is distinguishable from the case of Arpana Bali (supra) on facts and law. 3. I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and also perused the record carefully. 4. The applicant/petitioner is only seeking to place on record the judgment and the communication issued by the respondents, as referred above. So far as the applicability of the ratio laid down in the aforesaid judgment is concerned, that will be seen at the time of adjudicating the petition on merit. However, for the proper adjudication of the issue, the application is allowed and the documents annexed with the application are ordered to be taken on record. 5. The application stands disposed of.
