In order to demonstrate the said fact, photocopy of matriculation certificate, has been annexed, in which, the date of birth of the applicant/respondent No.3, has been recorded as 28.11.2006. Considering the said fact, the application under consideration is allowed and the legal guardian of applicant Govind, is ordered to be discharged. The application stands disposed of.
