CMP No.17639 of 2026 By way of the present application, a prayer has been made to correct the cause title of the appeal. Appellant Desh Raj, has expired during the pendency of the appeal, leaving behind the applicants as his legal representatives. Considering the factual position, as mentioned, in the application, the application is allowed and the applicants are ordered to be impleaded as appellants No.1 to 3, in the cause title of the appeal. The application stands disposed of. CMP No.17025 of 2026 The present application has been moved on behalf of applicants Shakuntala Devi and Sonu, who are the legal representatives of appellant Desh Raj, in FAO No. 1 of 2019, which was decided by this Court, vide judgment dated 10.07.2025. The present application, has been filed, for release of the amount of compensation, which has been enhanced by this Court. In view of the no objection made by learned counsel appearing for the insurance company, the application, under consideration, is allowed and the amount of compensation, falling in the share of the applicants, Shakuntala Devi and Sonu, along with upto date interest, is ordered to be released to them, by remitting the same to their Bank accounts, particulars whereof find mentioned in para 3 of the application.
