The applicants are the wife, son and daughter of the deceased. In view of the averments made in the application, coupled with the fact that the applicants have placed on record death certificate of the deceased-petitioner Sh. Tilak Raj Sharma, the same is allowed and the applicants are ordered to be transposed in place of deceased as mentioned in para 3 of the application. The application is accordingly disposed of.
