CMP No. 14344 of 2026 Applicant Govind Sharma has filed the present application for releasing the amount of compensation, falling to his share. In view of orders passed by this Court in CMP(M) No. 7107 of 2024 and CMP No. 15083 of 2019, 40% of the amount falling to the share of the applicant, alongwith proportionate interest, is ordered to be released in his favour. The amount, so released, shall be remitted to the bank account of applicant, particulars of which, have been mentioned in para-3 of the application.
