The orders dated 19.11.2018, Annexure P-1, of the ld. Divisional Commissioner, Shimla Division, Shimla, whereby he upheld the orders of eviction dated 2.7.2011, Annexure P-2, of the ld. Collector- cum-DFO, Shimla, pursuant to show cause notice dated 25.09.2010, Annexure P-3, of the ld. Collector-cum- DFO, Shimla, in respect of land comprised in Khasra No.395/1 and 631/1, measuring 0-08-47 Hectares, situated at Mauja Chaprani, Tehsil Sunni, District Shimla, H.P., may kindly be quashed and set-aside and the eviction proceeding initiated against the present petitioner may kindly be ordered to be dropped and the petitioner entitled to the land, in the interest of justice and fair play.” 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order?
