CMP No. 13079 of 2026 The present application has been moved by applicant Kusum, who was claimant before the learned Workmen’s Compensation Commissioner, for the release of amount. The appeal preferred by appellant was decided on 23.7.2024. In view of no objection made by learned counsel for the appellant/non-applicant, as well as, respondent No. 1, 50% of the amount of compensation, falling to the share of the applicant, alongwith with up-to-date interest, is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant. The amount, so released, shall be remitted to the bank account of the applicant, particulars of which, have been mentioned in the application. The application is, thus, disposed of.
