Romesh Verma, Judge (oral) It is heartening to note that the parties have settled the matter inter se them. As per the settlement as arrived at between the parties, it has been agreed upon that respondent, Smt. Judya Devi, shall sell Khasra No.1570, measuring 205.44 Sq. Mtrs. out of the suit land, for a sum of Rs.29,00,000/- only. It has been further agreed that necessary sale deed shall be executed inter se the parties within a period of three months i.e. 2 04.09.2026 from today positively. It has been pointed out that a formal agreement to sell shall be executed between the parties within a period of one week from today. In the event of sale of Khasra No.1570, measuring 205.44 Sq. Mtrs., the present appellants/applicants agree to finally withdraw the instant application along with appeal. It has been agreed upon by respondent, Smt. Judya Devi, that she shall withdraw all the cases/complaints/litigations pending before the Courts/Tribunals/Authorities against the present appellants/applicants. The statements of the parties have been separately recorded, which shall form part of the record. 2. Consequently, in view of settlement as arrived at between the parties, appellant/applicant Shri Bhup Singh, who is present in person, submits that he himself and on behalf of Om Prakash, Bhupender and Nirmla Devi seeks permission to withdraw the instant application along with accompanying appeal.
