CMP No.13117 of 2023 The present writ petition had been finally disposed of vide judgment dated 24.04.2026. However, it has transpired that the present application has not been disposed of, as a result, present application has been listed today before the Court. From a perusal of the application, it is evident that on account of closure of the Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission, Hamirpur during the pendency of the writ petition, respondents No.4 and 5 mentioned in the application, i.e., Officer on Special Duty, Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission, Hamirpur (respondent No.4) and Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission, Nigam Vihar, Shimla (respondent No.5), were sought to be impleaded. In this respect, it would be appropriate to refer to order dated 24.04.2026. The same reads as under: “During the course of arguments, learned counsel for respondent No.3 has placed on record a copy of press note, pertaining to declaration of result. The same is placed on record. At the oral request of learned counsel for the parties, respondent No.3, in all these petitions is ordered to be substituted by the H.P. Rajya Chayan Aayog, Hamirpur, through its Secretary. The counsel previously appearing for respondent No.3 is continuing to represent the newly added respondent No.3. Amended memo of parties be filed by counsel for respondent No.3 by 25.04.2026.” In view of the aforesaid order passed, the present application has become infructuous.
