This Court had also observed in the aforesaid order that as per the petitioner, an amount of Rs.4,08,386/- is due and payable to her by respondent No.6, however, as per the calculation and instructions furnished by the Director of Higher Education, Himachal Pradesh, an amount of 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 Rs.1,82,850/-, including interest was due and payable to the petitioner. 2. This Court had already given the opportunity to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy, with respect to the remaining amount and since this Court has already observed as such in the previous order, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is accordingly disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to avail appropriate remedy for recovery of the balance amount, if any, due and payable by respondent No.6, as per order dated 06.01.2026. 3.
