M. Raj Thakur, Advocate for the applicants/ respondents. CMP No. 10808 of 2026 By way of the present application a prayer has been made to discharge the guardian of applicant/ respondent No.2 Simran Thakur, as she has attained the age of majority. Perusal of the record shows that similar application, bearing CMP No. 12109 of 2025, has already been allowed, by this Court on 7.7.2025, by discharging the guardian of Ms. Simran Thakur. As such, the present application has become infructuous and the same is accordingly disposed of. CMP No. 8844 of 2026 By way of the present application, applicant/ respondent No.2 Simran Thakur, has sought the release of the amount of compensation, which was awarded to her by this Court while deciding the main appeal, i.e., FAO No.43 of 2019. In view of the no objection made by the learned counsel for the appellant/non-applicant, the application is allowed and the amount of compensation, falling in the share of the applicant Simran Thakur, along with upto date interest, is ordered to be released to her, by remitting the same to her Bank account, particulars whereof find mentioned in para 5 of the application.
