RSA No. 237 of 2019 08.04.2026 Present: Mr. Rahul Kumar vice Mr. Rakesh Thakur, Advocate for respondents No. 1, 6 to 10, 11(a) to 11(c), 12(a) and 12(b). Vide order dated 23.03.2026, three days’ time was granted for the appellant for taking steps for effecting service upon legal representatives No. 37(b), 37(d), respondents No. 28(b)(i) to 28(b)(iii). It was further ordered that in case the consequential steps are not taken, the appeal shall be dismissed for non- prosecution without reference to the Court. The appellant has taken the steps after the expiry of the time granted by the Hon’ble Court. The same were taken on 04.04.2026. In view of the order dated 23.03.2026 of the Hon’ble Court, the present appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution. The same be consigned to record room. Addl.
