CMP No.30606 of 2025 By way of the present application, applicant/respondent No.1 Bhago Devi has prayed for release of 50% share of respondent No.2 Surjit Singh, whose name has been deleted vide order dated 20.11.2023. Since no amount was released in favour of deceased respondent Surjit Singh, let 50% amount falling to his share be released in favour of applicant/respondent No.1 Bhago Devi along-with up-to-date interest accrued thereon and the same may be transmitted in her bank account, details whereof have been mentioned in Annexure A-1 with the application.
