Satish Kumar and Sh. Shyam Lal in exchange from defendant No.3 Sh. Om Parkash be returned to defendant No.3 Sh. Om Parkash and in alternative defendant No.3 was held entitled to retain only share of Sh. Satish Kumar and Sh. Shyam Lal out of total share of remaining land.” 2.
