Since the appeal preferred by the appellant/non- applicant has been withdrawn on 22.11.2025, there is no impediment to release the amount. Accordingly, the present application is allowed and the amount deposited by the Insurance-company is ordered to be released in favour of applicant/respondent No.1 along-with up-to-date interest accrued thereon and the same may be transmitted in his bank account, details whereof have been mentioned in Annexure A-1 appended with the application.
