In case the representation qua the grievances is made within four weeks from today, the same shall be entertained by the Secretary (PWD) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh. The representation so made shall be decided within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. It is made clear that all pleas, both on merits as well as in law, shall be available to the respondents to be raised while deciding the representation so filed. 1 Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2.
