Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- i) “That the respondents may kindly be directed to give the work charge status from the due date and the pension to the petitioner with all consequential benefits. ii) That the respondents may kindly be directed to release the petitioner’s pension with upto date arrears and interest.” 2. A perusal of the reply demonstrates that the petitioner had earlier also approached the Court by way of CWP No.3878 of 2014, seeking the benefit of work charge status and in terms of the judgment passed by the Court, the petitioner was granted work charge status w.e.f. 01.01.2001 and was also allowed annual 2 increment. It is further apparent from the reply that the petitioner was not found entitled for pensionary benefits in the light of Annexures appended with the reply. According to the petitioner his services were regularized in the year 2006 and he retired as such in the year 2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not clear as to whether the petitioner is being paid pension or not, though, it appears from what was stated at the bar that as on the day when the petitioner superannuated, he was having 10 years of service as a regular employee. 3. In the light of the fact that the petition is lacking material particulars and there is no mention therein of the previous litigation filed by the petitioner, as prayed for, this petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court afresh on the same cause with better particulars.
