The present application has been filed seeking cancellation of the bail granted to Opposite Party nos. 2 to 5 vide order dated 23.04.2019 passed by learned A.D.J. 1st, Jamui in Jamui SC/ST P.S. Case No. 30 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 354(B), 504, 506/34 of the I.P.C. and Sections 3(i)(r)/ 3(2)(v)(a)/ 3(i)(w) of the SC/ST Act. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Opposite parties are alleged to have assaulted the petitioner and her family members. Patna High Court CR. MISC. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the materials available on record, this Court is of the view that the petitioner has failed to make out a case warranting cancellation of bail, hence, no ground is made out for interference with the impugned order passed by the court below. 5.
