The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s: (i) against the Judgment/award dated 04.09.18, passed by 1st Additional Dist. Judge cum Motor Vehicle Accident Claim Tribunal, Patna (here in after referred to as Patna High Court MA No.160 of 2019(6) dt.23-07-2026 2/2 the Tribunal), in Claim Case no. 76/16 'Rubi Kumari & ors v/s Upendra Kumar & ors', by which compensation has been allowed against the appellant. 3.
