JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11 01-07-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. This appeal is directed against the order dated 30.03.2019 passed by the learned Special Judge, SC/ST (POA) Act, Begusarai, in connection with Complaint Case No. 46C of 2018, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 380, and 323 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 3(1) (r) and 3(1)(s) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. By the said order, the learned Special Judge allowed the prayer for regular bail of Opposite Party Nos. 2 and 3. 3. In the opinion of this Court, if the petitioner is Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.2782 of 2019(11) dt.01-07-2026 2/2 aggrieved by the grant of bail, the appropriate remedy is to approach the court concerned by filing an application for cancellation of bail. The petitioner ought not to have approached this Court directly. 4. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file an application for cancellation of bail before the learned Special Judge, SC/ST (POA) Act, Begusarai. 5.
