He has also submitted that so far as the father of the petitioner is concerned for whom another writ petition has been filed, the said father, Abdul Noor has passed away. He, accordingly, submits that he will not be in a position to continue with this case in absence of any instructions. In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
