Heard Ms. Lalfakawma, learned counsel for the applicant. 2. This application under Order 1, Rule 10, read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, has been filed for impleading the new incumbent to the post of Chief Engineer, Project Pushpak, Shri. Rajeev Dua, as Respondent No. 13 in the connected Contempt Case (C) No. 16/2019. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the earlier incumbent to the post of Chief Engineer, who was impleaded in the connected Contempt Case as Respondent No. 9, has been transferred, and a new incumbent has since joined in his place. Therefore, it is necessary to implead the new incumbent in the connected Contempt Case. Page No.# 4/4 4. Considering the submissions the prayer is allowed. 5. Let Mr. Rajeev Dua, the new incumbent to the post of Chief Engineer, Project Pushpak, C/o 99 APO, be impleaded as Respondent No. 13 in the connected Contempt Case (C) No. 16/2019. 6. The petitioner shall file an amended cause title in the connected Contempt Case (C) No. 16/2019 by impleading Shri Rajeev Dua as Respondent No. 13 therein. 7.
