JUSTICE SHAMIMA JAHAN ORDER Date : 16.03.2026 Heard Mr. A Phukan, learned Counsel for the respondent no.1 submits that the instant case has become infructuous in view of the fact that the bill for leave encashment annexed by the respondent no.3 in the affidavit dated 13.02.2026 shows that the total amount of Rs. 7,08,500/- has been paid to the petitioner as his leave encashment. Also heard Mr. C. Baruah, learned Counsel for respondent no.2. Ms. S. Chakravorty, learned Counsel for the petitioner, who appeared during the deliberations made with Mr. A. Phukan, learned Counsel for the respondent no.1 submits that the leave encashment bill has been paid to the petitioner which is evident from the affidavit filed by respondent no. 3. As such, she prays that the matter may be closed as infructuous with the further prayer that if it is required she may file an application afresh. It is also pointed out that the said amount of money has also been disbursed to the petitioner. In view of the same, petition is closed and disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
