The original awarded amount was of Rs. 8,97,500/- and this appeal has now been settled for an additional amount of Rs. 2,00,000/-. The insurer shall deposit the additional amount before the Registry of this Court within 45 days from today, in which event there shall be no interest leviable. In case, the settlement amount is deposited after 45 days, statutory interest shall apply.
