This writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner challenging order dated 28.09.2018 (Annexure P/1) passed by respondent No.2 and to direct the respondent authorities to pay the amount of Rs.7,05,813/- to the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant matter is pertaining to the arbitrary calculation of GPF amount and prays that this matter be referred to the High Power Pension Redressal Committee to decide the dispute involved in the present case. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the respondents would oppose. 4. I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and gone through the material available on record with utmost circumspection. 5. Taking into consideration the fact that disputed questions of facts are involved in the present case, therefore, this 3 (WPS No. 3623 of 2019) matter is referred to the High Power Pension Redressal Committee to decide the dispute. The committee is directed to decide the case of the petitioner after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other interested parties. 6. Office of Advocate General is directed to supply one copy of this petition along with necessary documents to the said committee. 7.
